Tec-Do in Mexico City is seeking a proactive HR talent coordinator to recruit local TikTok Live hosts, onboard them, and coordinate schedules for daily livestreams.

The role focuses on training, performance development, and cross-team collaboration to keep livestreams running smoothly. Fluency in English and Spanish and on-site availability are required.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Recruit local TikTok Live hosts and manage onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding, schedules and attendance of hosts.
• Coordinate training and development for hosts.
• Monitor host performance and support reviews.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams to run daily livestreams.

We're looking for a proactive, organized teammate to support our hosts throughout their journey- from recruitment and onboarding to training, daily coordination, and performance development.

What you'll do

• Recruit talent: Source and connect with local talent for TikTok Live hosting roles.
• Manage onboarding and schedules: Help new hosts get started and coordinate livestream schedules and attendance.
• Support training and development: Coordinate training, share feedback, and help hosts strengthen their livestreaming skills.
• Track performance: Monitor host performance and support reviews and improvement plans.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with operations and business teams to keep daily livestreams running smoothly.

What we're looking for

• Fluency in both English and Spanish for day-to-day work.
• Availability to work on-site at our Mexico City office.
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• A proactive approach, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, host management, or livestreaming is preferred.
