Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a MES Support Analyst to provide ongoing business-as-usual support for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in a regulated manufacturing environment.
You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders to understand needs, assess changes, and develop sustainable MES solutions, maintaining configurations, records, and traceability across products and workflows.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide ongoing business-as-usual support for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The role helps sustain reliable, compliant manufacturing operations by maintaining MES configurations, supporting electronic manufacturing instructions and records, and enabling accurate production data and traceability. The successful candidate will be part of the MES Core Team and will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, assess change requests, and develop sustainable MES solutions. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can contribute to technical and business discussions while maintaining factory and process models, including resources, products, materials, and workflows. The candidate will build and maintain MES product and process configurations, evaluate and implement approved changes, execute testing, support controlled releases, and troubleshoot production issues. The role also ensures that updates are documented, traceable, and aligned with quality, validation, and change-control requirements. This position offers the opportunity to support and continuously improve a critical manufacturing system in a regulated environment. The successful candidate will develop practical MES expertise while helping ensure system reliability, effective issue resolution, user support, compliance, and ongoing process improvement.
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or IT/IS discipline an advantage or 1-3 years of related work experience in lieu of degree. Experience in business process management software systems very beneficial. Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing (ISO 13485) is extremely beneficial. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and supporting systems beneficial. Demonstrated experience in implementing technical solutions in a GMP environment beneficial. MES system training will be provided for the successful candidate. Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, as needed, to support production
Successful Candidate must be capable of taking direction and working as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple, significant activities and respond to changing priorities with minimum disruption. The correct candidate should be detailed orientated and familiar with working in a highly regulated environment. Strong aptitude for system administration. Candidate must be self-motivated and driven to frequently deliver work to a high standard within challenging timelines. Ability to provide technical input in discussions, conference calls and meetings as related to the job responsibilities. Proficient computer skills, Outlook, Excel, Project, Word & PowerPoint. Intermediate Excel skills, including ability to work with data tables, formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, COUNTIF) and structured datasets to support MES modeling activities such as MDL (Master Data Lists) creation and maintenance. Ability to efficiently search, retrieve, and interpret data within ERP systems (e.g., Oracle), including work orders, inventory, lot status, transactions, and BOMs. Ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings, models and schematics and effectively communicate technical material. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and electronic traceability requirements.
