EDAG Mexico is seeking a Junior Release Testing Specialist to support test vehicle maintenance, instrumentation, and data evaluation. You will prepare vehicles for testing, document their status, and use CANoe CANoe simulations for benches.

Strong basic knowledge of CANBUS and ECU control units is required, with English level at least B2. 1+ year experience in automotive testing, plus ability to troubleshoot HW/SW faults and generate standardized test reports.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Automotive or Electrical Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience diagnosing electrical faults in vehicles.
• Knowledge of CANBUS, ECU control units, CANoe.
• English B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance, updating, and documentation of test vehicles and test benches.
• Preparation of vehicles and their parts for testing, documenting and updating their technical status.
• Instrumentation of vehicles / parts with sensors and installation of measuring equipment.
• Adaptation, commissioning and use of Vector CANoe simulation for test benches.
• Evaluation of measurement data and execution of tests on the test bench or in the vehicle.
• Troubleshooting for HW and SW for vehicles and test benches; documentation of faults and preparation of standardized test reports.

DESCRIPTION

Maintainance, upgrading and documentation of test vehicles and test benches

Preparation of vehicles and their parts for testing, documenting and updating their technical status

Instrumentation of vehicles / parts with sensors

Installation and programming of measuring equipment

Adaptation, commissioning and use of Vector CANoe simulation for test benches

Evaluation of measurement data

Execution of tests on the test bench or in the vehicle

Troubleshooting for HW and SW for vehicles and test benches

Documentation and administration of technical faults

Preparation of standardized test reports

REQUIREMENTS

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Automotive or Electrical Engineering 1+ years of experience in the automotive industry Experience in diagnosing electrical faults in vehicles. Required knowledge of CANBUS, ECU control units, CANoe Knowledge of CANalyzer (desirable). English B2
