Sanmina invites a Test Engineering Manager 3 to lead testing and quality initiatives in our Mexico facility. You will oversee MDS and FA processes, drive KPI measurement and process improvements, and coordinate capacity planning and technical governance for new product introductions.

Required: 5–8 years in test engineering management, solid project management skills, and intermediate English. This role offers hands-on leadership in a global EMS environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 5–8 years of test engineering management experience.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Management, monitoring and control of MDS and Failure Analysis Inventory.
• Measurement, analysis and improvement of KPIs, turnover, productivity and second pass yield.
• Administration and management of MDS and FA technical aspects; capacity planning and performance measurement and compliance delivery.
• Ensure compliance in feedback of epidemic failures and development of diagnostic cookbooks and process improvements for MDS.
• Generate strategies for improvements to MDS and FA processes.
