Job summary

Bosch in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico seeks a Testing Engineer to drive new product and process introductions in a production environment. You will define equipment and processes, validate installations, and develop procedures while training technicians to apply both theoretical and practical skills.

You will track KPI improvements, address manufacturing issues, and participate in APQP activities to ensure releases meet Bosch and customer standards, contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as a testing engineer.
• Strong knowledge of electronics (analog/digital).
• Proficiency in C, C++, VB or Delphi.
• Self-directed with strong teamwork.
• Understanding of IATF/APQP/PPAP/MSA standards.
• Experience with ICT, flash programming and vision systems.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and IoT concepts.
• Knowledge of IT components, data security, and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate equipment and processes in production.
• Develop procedures and instructions for processes.
• Train technicians—theoretical and practical.
• Define corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
• Track KPIs to identify improvements and monitor upgrades.
• Solve problems related to manufacturing processes.
• Participate in new project introductions: process definition, acquisition, transfer, acceptance and validation.
• Ensure release standards for equipment and processes are met.
