Sequoia Connect is seeking a Test Analyst / Tester to join a Customer Success–driven team. You will plan test executions, design test data, and perform script execution to ensure quality across SAP ECC and eCom applications in an AI-enabled testing ecosystem.

On-site role with collaboration across international delivery centers, demanding strong reporting, ownership, and high-performance delivery in a fast-paced environment that values continuous learning.

Formación

• 5–10 years of testing experience with SAP ECC and eCom apps.
• Experience with Test Data Management (TDM) and Test Environment management.
• Familiarity with GenAI/Co-pilot solutions and internal Agentic AI Testing platforms.
• Strong reporting, collaboration, and agile delivery skills.

We are currently searching for a Test Analyst / Tester:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Perform comprehensive Test Execution planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Design robust test cases and implement effective test data procedures.
• Execute test script creation, debugging, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Manage and provision resources using established Test Data Management (TDM) and Test Environment solutions.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 5-10 years of overall Testing experience.
• Proven expertise in testing SAP ECC and eCom applications.
• Hands-on experience with Test Data Management (TDM) and Test Environment management approaches.
• Working knowledge of GenAI / Co-pilot solutions and internal Agentic AI Testing platforms.
• Great communication & comprehension skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Requirements

• 5-10 Yrs Testing experience preferably with SAP ECC & eCom apps testing; Able to design test cases, test data procedures, etc.; Experience with some TDM and Test Env, management approach/solutions; Experience in GenAI /Co-pilot solutions and usage knowledge of our internal Agentic AI Testing platforms as well; Experience in Test script creation, debugging, troubleshooting, etc; Test Execution planning, analysis & reporting; Great communication & comprehension skills.
