Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical skills in Visual Basic .Net CITS and Java. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Governance Risk & Compliance or Finance & Accounting is a plus. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to support project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes and technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business processes systems and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions to enhance business operations and improve efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support the testing and validation of software applications to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users to resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in Visual Basic .Net CITS and Java essential for developing robust business solutions.
