A leading connectivity solutions provider is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive sales goals and assist with contract negotiations in Illinois. This role requires a strong background in sales, proven relationship management skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience and excellent presentation abilities, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships. CommScope is looking for a Territory Account Manager as part of its Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) Business Unit to assist with contract negotiations while driving sales goals within our network.
This is an individual contributor field sales role, responsible for selling CommScope products, services, or solutions into the Illinois territory. The ideal candidate will be located in Ohio, Michigan, or Illinois.
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range).
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
