Are you a driven, customer-obsessed sales pro ready to own your market? RUCKUS Networks is looking for a Territory Account Manager to lead our growth in the Midwest—with a strong preference for candidates based in Michigan. You'll be at the forefront of driving revenue, building strategic relationships with customers and partners, and turning opportunities into wins.

This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to build a pipeline, close deals, and create long-term value for clients using cutting-edge wireless and networking solutions. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our channel partners to execute go-to-market strategies that deliver results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and grow a defined territory—build strategic plans and execute with precision.
  • Drive new business while nurturing existing accounts.
  • Partner with VARs, MSPs, and other channel partners to win together.
  • Sell complex, value-driven solutions with confidence—from IT to C-level.
  • Stay laser-focused on hitting KPIs and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Leverage Salesforce (SFDC), MEDDICC, and other tools to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • Take a consultative approach to understand customer needs and turn challenges into opportunities.

Required Quaifications:

  • 8+ years of proven success in B2B sales—ideally in networking, wireless, or IT solutions.
  • A hunter mentality with a strong book of partner and customer relationships.
  • Confidence selling to both technical teams and executive decision-makers.
  • Experience with channel-centric sales models and collaborative selling.
  • Technical understanding of IP networking, wireless solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Self-starter attitude—you thrive with autonomy and know how to get results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDICC and CRM systems like Salesforce.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $112,500.00- $170,000.00


The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
