Colgate-Palmolive in San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato, Mexico, is seeking an Analytical Assistant Scientist to perform qualitative and quantitative testing in a GMP laboratory setting. You will work with standard methods (USP/EP) and advanced instruments to deliver reliable data and support tech transfer to manufacturing facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field, at least 1 year of lab experience, and advanced English proficiency.

• At least 1 year of lab experience using standard analytical methods (USP/EP).

Responsabilidades

• Perform qualitative and quantitative testing on raw materials, stability samples, formulations, and finished products.
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot core analytical equipment (HPLC, GC, ICP, potentiometric titration) in GMP labs.
• Support method development, validation, and tech transfer to manufacturing sites.
• Maintain accurate lab notebooks and documentation per global standards.
• Summarize findings and present data to cross-functional teams.
