YOUR MISSION
Responsibilities:
- Offer excellent customer service within the store according to PUMA's brand values and service standards.
- Ensure individual performance meets or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability objectives through effective customer service.
- Ensure correct execution of sales transactions at the cash register.
- Ensure the execution and maintenance of the Visual Merchandising guide according to PUMA's standards.
- Be responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Comply with PUMA's policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, preferably in the retail sector.
- Passion for the PUMA brand.
- Pleasant personality, trustworthy, and with clear orientation towards effective customer communication.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to learn quickly.
