Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and project management, preferably automotive.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem solving and leadership skills.
• Fluent written and spoken business English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive the ramp-up of the TEM production system within the Energy Cluster and Flux Process team.
• Lead production processes, ensuring quality, quantity and cost targets; supervise employees.
• Manage people and resources, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
• Instruct and assign tasks; ensure correct production start-up.
• Uphold BMW guidelines and labor regulations; address HR-related responsibilities.
