Job summary

Baker Hughes in Mexico is seeking an ARMO Electrician III to support maintenance, testing and repair of ARMO equipment in field operations. You will read blueprints, follow procedures and ensure compliance with HS&E policies while collaborating with on-site operators and customers.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree in electronics/electro-mechanical or automation, 2+ years on field operations, and fluency in Portuguese with English preferred.

ARMO technician will provide technical support assembly and disassembly of equipment, perform operational tests and carry out maintenance on the equipment. Assist in reworking, repairing and modifying on-conforming equipment. Compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.

As an ARMO Electronic Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Being responsible for the maintenance, testing and equipment repair.
• Completing all required documentation on maintenance, failure analysis and other requirements.
• Reading and interpret blueprints, diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.
• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Fuel your passion

• Have a technical degree in electronic, electro-mechanic, electrical, instrumentation or automation.
• Regular situation with the CFT or CREA;
• Experience greater than 02 years in field operations and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of electric motors, sensors, inverters, flowmeters and diesel engines.
• Interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures.
• Be of an analytical mindset with an ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.
• Speak fluent Portuguese and desired English.
