FORVIA HELLA in El Salto, Jalisco is looking for a skilled technician to produce and maintain tools and devices. The ideal candidate will perform duties ranging from creating new products to troubleshooting and repairing existing tools.

Candidates must have CNC experience and familiarity with Mastercam and TEbis software. This role includes extensive responsibilities in manufacturing, modification, and optimization of production tools.

Formación

• CNC experience in manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Mastercam software for tool creation.
• Experience with TEbis software for machine operations.

Responsabilidades

• Create new products including tools and fixtures based on specifications.
• Troubleshoot and eliminate errors in production tools.
• Maintain and repair tools and devices according to plans.

Descripción del empleo

Location: El Salto, Jalisco

Job Objective

Manufacturing of new tools and devices as well as execution of change and improvement works. Analyzing the causes of faults and malfunctions in tools and fixtures. Carrying out repair, maintenance and inspection work on tools and devices.

Duties and Responsibilities

A New production, modification, improvement

• Creation of new products (tools, fixtures) according to drawings, oral specifications or samples using various machining processes.
• Creation of sample and device parts including necessary auxiliary devices.
• Production of tool components and auxiliary devices, considering ergonomic and qualitative aspects.
• Modification of tools and fixtures due to operational or procedural necessities.
• Preparation of necessary documentation.
• Recognition of material and surface defects and elimination of defects after consultation with responsible authorities.

B Trouble Shooting

• Performing troubleshooting and eliminating causes of errors in tools and fixtures with different technologies.
• Analysis and elimination of error causes during the running production process.

C Repair, maintenance, inspection

• Replacement of defective components according to specifications and cooperation during commissioning of tools and devices.
• Repair of defective components considering economic aspects.
• Adaptation and fitting of spare parts according to drawings, sketches, oral information and samples.
• Carrying out maintenance, inspection and repair work on tools and devices according to existing maintenance plans and drawings.
• Participation in measures for the optimization of tools.
• Documentation of activities in the computer-supported recording system (technical completion of the order, hourly feedback).

Your Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with Mastercam software.
