Una empresa internacional de automoción busca un Técnico de moldes en El Salto, Jalisco. El candidato fabricará y reparará herramientas y dispositivos, analizará fallos y realizará mantenimiento. Se valorará experiencia en CNC, mastercam y TEbis. Buscamos un candidato motivado que desee desarrollarse profesionalmente en un entorno diverso y colaborativo.

Formación

• Experience with CNC machining in a tooling environment.
• Proficiency in Mastercam software for tool and fixture production.
• Familiarity with TEbis for tooling data and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricación de nuevas herramientas y dispositivos.

• Mantenimiento y reparación de herramientas.

Técnico de moldes (Tool shop assistant)

Location El Salto, Jalisco

YOUR TASKS

Job Objective

Manufacturing of new tools and devices as well as execution of change and improvement works. Analyzing the causes of faults and malfunctions in tools and fixtures. Carrying out repair, maintenance and inspection work on tools and devices.

Duties and Responsibilities

A New production, modification, improvement

1. Creation of new products (tools, fixtures) according to drawings, oral specifications or samples using the various machining processes.
2. Creation of sample and device parts including the necessary auxiliary devices.
3. Production of tool components and auxiliary devices under consideration of ergonomic and qualitative aspects (drawings, sketches, verbal arrangements).
4. Modification of tools and fixtures due to operational or procedural necessities.
5. Preparation of the necessary documentation.
6. Recognition of material and surface defects and elimination of defects after consultation with the responsible authorities.

B Trouble Shooting

1. Performing troubleshooting and eliminating the causes of errors in tools and fixtures with different technologies.
2. Analysis and elimination of error causes, if necessary, during the running production process.

C Repair, maintenance, inspection

1. Replacement of defective components according to specifications and cooperation during commissioning of tools and devices.
2. Repair of defective components under consideration of economic aspects.
3. Adaptation and fitting of spare parts according to drawings, sketches, oral information and samples.
4. Carrying out maintenance, inspection and repair work on tools and devices according to existing maintenance plans and drawings.
5. Participation in measures for the optimization of tools.
6. Documentation of the activities carried out in the computer-supported recording system (technical completion of the order, hourly feedback).

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. CNC experience.
2. Knowledge and experience with software mastercam.
3. TEbis experience.
