Trane Technologies in Monterrey is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for coil shop equipment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fin press dies, expander machines, and hairpin bender systems, with direct interaction with Burr Oak tooling and HMI interfaces.

The role requires at least five years in coil shop environments and a solid background in electromechanical maintenance.

Formación

• Technical electromechanical education focusing on machine tools.
• Minimum 5 years of coil shop experience.
• Experience with Burr Oak equipment and HMI systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance of coil shop equipment.
• Preventive maintenance of fin press dies.
• Corrective maintenance on fin press tooling due to die issues.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance on expander machines and hairpin bender.
• Sharpening of die tooling for Burr Oak fin presses.

Técnico electromecánico enfoque en maquinas herramientas

Experiencia:

mínimo 5 años trabajando en área de Coil shop equipos Burr Oak

Habilidades administrativas y técnicas:

uso de herramienta de mano , vernier , micrometro , diales para medir paralelismo en prensa conocimiento respaldo de parametros en equipos burroak , interaccion con HMI de equipos Burr oak

Funciónes / Responsabilidades

• Mantenimiento equipos de coil shop
• Mantenimiento Preventivo troqueles fin press
• Mantenimiento correctivo en fiin press a calidad de la aleta por fallo en herramental de troquel
• Mantenimiento preventivo- correctivo en maquinas expander y hairpin bender
• Afilado de herramental de troqueles para fin press de la marca Burr Oak
