Key Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for troubleshooting and diagnosing avionics and electronic systems. Analyze technical data and schematics to identify system faults and performance issues. Collaborate virtually with engineering teams, production staff, and field technicians. Interpret and apply technical manuals, repair procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of avionic technologies and relevant industry standards. Contribute to the development of maintenance procedures and training materials. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation related to system support. Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Requirements

Technical degree or certification in Electronics, Avionics, or a related field. Proven experience in the maintenance, repair, or testing of aviation electronic or avionics systems. Strong understanding of digital and analog circuitry, microprocessors, and communication systems used in aviation. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electronic schematics and technical documentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for technical reporting and collaboration. Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Familiarity with common testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers). Experience with software relevant to avionics diagnostics is a plus. Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable, high-speed internet connection for remote operations. Must be legally eligible to work remotely within Mexico.
