Scania México is seeking a workshop technician to support maintenance and repairs, ensure proper stamping of work performed, and drive process flow by confirming finished work and implementing improvements.

You will inspect vehicles, manage deviations, prepare vehicles or components, start work orders, search system information, and communicate outcomes to the workshop manager, contributing to continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Check availability of tools and parts to be used, retrieve them from the warehouse.
• Check availability of maintenance information.
• Ensure application of work methods.
• Perform visual inspections of the vehicle.
• Manage any deviations that arise.
• Wash parts and components.
• Start the work order.
• Prepare the vehicle or component.
• Search for information in the system.
• Perform maintenance.
• Finalize stamping.
• Clean the work area and return used tools.
• Finalize work order.
• Communicate to the workshop manager that the assignment is finished.
• Communicate deviations.
• Propose solutions.
• Follow up on established improvement plans.

Role Summary
