Schneider Electric in Mexico City is seeking a Technical Trainer II to support the development and certification of distributors, partners, and technical teams involved in low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution solutions.

You will deliver training programs, evaluate adherence to procedures, and help ensure distributor-built solutions meet safety, quality, and engineering standards. Willingness to travel to distributor facilities as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience delivering technical training, field support, engineering services, quality processes, or technical enablement programs.
• Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution equipment and related applications.
• Understanding of mechanical design fundamentals and manufacturing or assembly processes.
• Experience with technical procedures, quality standards, inspections, or audits is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel to distributor facilities and training locations as required.
• Spanish required; English is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical training programs, both virtually and in person, focused on low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution solutions.
• Train distributors, partners, and technical personnel on approved customization, assembly, and installation practices.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of training programs related to QED2, ETS (Build Ready), and other established product offerings.
• Develop and update training content to reflect product enhancements, quality requirements, and operational procedures.
• Conduct technical assessments and verify understanding of training content through practical and theoretical evaluations.
• Perform distributor workshop audits to evaluate compliance with technical procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Partner with engineering, product, and quality teams to ensure training materials accurately reflect current standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve distributor capability, consistency, and customer outcomes through training and coaching.
