The role encompasses leading analyses, coordinating cross-functional teams, and translating customer requirements into actionable plans.

You will guide project execution, mentor local teams, and ensure technical decisions stay within scope while delivering customer outcomes and financial benefits.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of leading Asset Management and Reliability Engineering initiatives.
  • Recognized reliability or asset management projects lead and facilitation.
  • Experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects.
  • Experience supporting execution and improvement of service or reliability contracts.
  • English level: Intermediate to advanced required.
  • Spanish fluent.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead large-scale reliability projects from scope through delivery and closure.
  • Serve as the technical reference for assigned projects.
  • Translate contract requirements into technical plans, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate activities with local, regional, and global specialists.
  • Perform reliability analyses (RCA, FMEA/FMECA, RCM, Weibull, etc.).
  • Lead technical discussions and reviews with customer stakeholders.
  • Develop improvement plans for underperforming contracts and assets.
  • Monitor milestones, risks, and customer actions.
  • Support knowledge transfer and documentation of results.

Job Description

Provide technical leadership for large-scale and complex reliability projects while supporting the performance and health improvement of existing Reliability and Performance Plus Contracts and initiatives.
Technical leadership assignments will be temporary and based on project complexity, criticality, customer impact, and business requirements. The role will ensure that projects and contracts deliver measurable operational, reliability, customer, and financial value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technically lead assigned reliability projects (Seal Reliability Management, Asset Condition Management, Reliability Engineering for Maintenance, Upgrades and Retrofits, Maintenance & Repairs and Training) from scope definition through execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Act as the primary technical point of reference for assigned projects.
  • Translate customer and contract requirements into clear technical plans, deliverables, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate project-specific technical activities involving local, regional, and global specialists.
  • Perform and facilitate reliability analyses, including RCA, FMEA/FMECA, RCM, asset criticality, Weibull analysis, bad actor analysis, and maintenance strategy optimization.Review contract and project data to identify performance trends, deviations, and value-creation opportunities.
  • Lead technical discussions, progress reviews, and presentations with customer stakeholders
  • Develop practical improvement plans for underperforming contracts and critical customer assets.
  • Monitor technical milestones, project risks, recommendations, and agreed customer actions.
  • Lead technical discussions and progress reviews with internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Support local teams through technical guidance, deliverable reviews, and knowledge transfer.
  • Document results, technical decisions, recommendations, and lessons learned.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and continuity at the conclusion of each project or project phase.
  • Collaborate with Contracts Service Delivery, Service Solutions, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, HSE, and other relevant functions.
  • Technical decisions must remain within the approved scope, budget, and governance framework.
  • Support current Reliability Contracts in addressing technical, operational, and performance gaps.
  • Assess contract health by reviewing contractual commitments, reliability results, financial performance, customer satisfaction, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience (Leading and facilitating Asset Management and Reliability Engineering initiatives)
  • Recognized Reliability or Asset Management initiatives/projects leading and facilitation
  • Experience technically leading complex, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Experience supporting the execution and improvement of service or reliability contracts.
  • English level: Intermediate to advanced Required
  • Spanish Fluent
