Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a Technical Lead to coordinate technical activities across the project lifecycle, from planning to handover, while collaborating with project managers, engineers, customers, and stakeholders.

You will mentor engineers, manage risks, ensure compliance with quality and cybersecurity standards, and drive continuous improvement in a global, cross-functional environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Experience leading technical teams in customer-facing projects.
• Experience coordinating installation, testing, or commissioning.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience managing technical documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and cybersecurity practices.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support project planning and execution activities in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate technical teams and align project requirements across stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication with customers throughout project execution.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure project activities comply with company processes, quality standards, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Coordinate installation, testing, verification, and commissioning activities.
• Lead the preparation and management of technical project documentation.
• Ensure successful project handover, including final documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and support technical team members and fellow Technical Leads.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
