Tech Holding is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to supervise a cross-functional team focused on platform maintenance and light feature evolution. You will guide frontend, backend, and mobile engineering efforts while aligning with cloud infrastructure and client requirements.

The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise, exceptional communication, and the ability to drive technical decisions in a distributed, remote environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a technical lead, staff engineer, or architect role.
• Deep expertise in at least one primary domain: frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Node.js/Fastify), or mobile (React Native).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate a distributed team of frontend, backend, mobile, and DevOps engineers.
• Provide architectural guidance across all layers of the platform.
• Drive technical decision-making and align with product roadmap.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Serve as the primary technical contact between delivery team and client stakeholders.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies; facilitate sprint rituals.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across frontend, backend, mobile, and infra teams.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee a cross-functional team responsible for platform maintenance and light feature evolution. This role is ideal for a technical leader coming from a frontend, backend, or mobile engineering background who can effectively guide cross-functional teams and collaborate across the broader platform ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in at least one primary engineering discipline while maintaining strong architectural awareness across frontend, backend, mobile, and cloud infrastructure environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical judgment, and the ability to partner closely with both engineering teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a distributed team of frontend, backend, mobile, and DevOps engineers
• Provide architectural guidance across all layers of the platform
• Drive technical decision-making and ensure alignment with the client’s engineering guidelines and product roadmap
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact between the delivery team and client stakeholders
• Identify technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategiesFacilitate sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives in collaboration with project management
• Support cross-functional collaboration across frontend, backend, mobile, and infrastructure teams

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• 3+ years in a technical lead, staff engineer, or architect-level role leading cross-functional teams
• Strong hands-on engineering experience in at least one primary domain:
  • Frontend engineering (React / Next.js)
  • Backend engineering (Node.js / Fastify)
  • Mobile engineering (React Native)
• Working understanding of adjacent disciplines across frontend, backend, mobile, and cloud infrastructure environments
• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and deployment environments such as Kubernetes and Cloud Run. Hands-on DevOps expertise is not required, but candidates should understand the infrastructure supporting the applications they work on
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across US time zones

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to technologies such as Elasticsearch, Redis / Valkey, and headless CMS platforms like Sanity
• Prior experience in sports, media, or entertainment platforms
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
• Familiarity with performance optimization and caching strategies at scale
