A leading global medicines company in Mexico City is seeking a Technical Lead, Marketing Cloud Intelligence. You will design scalable Salesforce solutions, conduct feasibility studies, and develop reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience with Salesforce and Datorama. This role offers a hybrid work model and significant responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or enterprise software.
• 5+ years working with Salesforce, strong focus on solution architecture.
• Expert-level proficiency in Datorama and Marketing Cloud configurations.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication.

We are currently searching for a Technical Lead, Marketing Cloud Intelligence:

Responsibilities

• Identify critical business metrics and define data collection methods.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama).
• Conduct feasibility studies and define new data flows.
• Develop reporting capabilities and optimization strategies.
• Train users and collaborate on the development of data pipelines and visualizations.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and best practices.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or enterprise software.
• 5+ years working with Salesforce, with strong focus on solution architecture.
• Expert-level proficiency in Datorama and Marketing Cloud configurations.
• Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and stakeholder management experience.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
