Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and React. You will build microservices, craft robust user interfaces, and ensure security and performance in production environments.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and QA, participate in Agile ceremonies, drive CI/CD improvements, and mentor junior developers.

Formación

• Experience leading full stack engineering teams and making architectural decisions.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive UIs.
• Hands-on design, coding, reviews, and mentoring of developers.
• Knowledge of cloud-native apps, CI/CD, testing, and Agile practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications.
• Build and support Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
• Deliver production-ready code following secure coding standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD implementation and automated deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support incident resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and operational processes.
• Support onboarding, KYC, and client lifecycle technology capabilities.
