The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with PTC Creo and WindChill PDM systems is essential.

You will be part of a core department that works to invent and deliver new products that support the business’s objectives and key results. You will be responsible for leading and collaborating on engineering design from concept to commercialization of new products, working closely with cross‑functional teams ensuring robust performance and manufacturability. This position requires strong technical abilities, outside‑the‑box thinking, strong time management and communication skills to bring new products to market. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least 2 years of experience, or a Master’s Degree. Professional experience using PTC Creo 3‑D modeling software or equivalent is required. Experience in designing plastics such as composites, injection‑molded, and thermoformed parts is a plus.
