An Engineering Bachelor’s degree and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are required. This role emphasizes leadership and effective project management. Full-time availability is a must.

Overview

Milacron is looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Lead to join our team in Querétaro. Please submit resumes in English.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Show Room.
  • Projects Costing.
  • Management & Control of the KPI of Utilization of Field Service Techs.
  • Problem support and results.
  • Control and develop plans for internal departments in aftermarket services.
  • Develop HR Training plans and Job Descriptions. (Career Plan)
  • Follow Up and teamwork with Accounting Department.
  • Manage and follow up aftermarket services process mapping.
  • Follow Up of timelines and time tracking for R&R Projects.
  • Develop & Promotion of training plans for external customers.
  • Develop Technical Days
  • Management & Administration of Warranties.
  • Management & Pricing for Extrusion Projects.
  • Control warranty and no cost parts – (Intercompany).
  • Travel Expense Control of the Service team.
Work You’ll Do
  • Utilization of Field Service Techs.
  • Utilization of ISP´s (Control Retrofits & Gear Boxes Support).
  • Comply of Service Sales Plan.
  • Process Simplification.
  • Timeline Control for R&R Projects.
  • Sales Promotion of Field Service Portfolio (Maps, Hours Packages, Training).
  • Customer´s satisfaction report.
  • Quarterly conference with all the technical team. Strategies Alling & Problem Solving. Share Knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Must have requirements of the role: Engineering Bachelor’s degree, Knowledge in computer (Windows, Microsoft Office.), Completely Bilingual (necessary) Verbal and Written communication in English and Spanish.

Skills: Leadership, Communication, Delegation, Monitoring projects, product knowledge and processes.

Able to teach and work as a Team.

Outgoing person, Efficient, Responsible, Organized, Creative, Innovator.
