Getnet Platforms, part of Santander Payment Solutions, seeks a Technology Manager – Risk & Control to ensure payment systems meet regulatory requirements across SPEI and SPID while strengthening technology risk management and information security practices.

You will lead a small team, design and implement controls, gather audit evidence, and drive certification efforts (PCI, ISO) to enable compliant product launches across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

Formación

• English is required for cross-border interactions.
• 10+ years in technical roles or as Technology Manager.
• 5+ years in payments-related technical roles.
• Strong experience with physical infrastructure and cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure controls align with regulatory requirements (SPEI, SPID) and security practices.
• Gather evidence for internal and external audits.
• Lead projects to implement controls mitigating vulnerabilities in systems and infrastructure.
• Manage a small team to keep local infrastructure secure and compliant.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices to launch compliant products.
