Right now, we are looking for Tech Project Manager to join our Agile Delivery Studio!

This Studio focuses on improving the way our customers’ work by leveraging our unique agile pods methodology. We provide customer-centered rapid evaluations and enhancement of products through an agile design and iteration process.

You will need to succeed:

• Build bridges & open doors.
• Enjoy solving problems.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, management or a related field.
• Advanced English skills (C1).
• Strong leadership skills such as team building, ability to teach/mentor, problem-solving, decisiveness, self-check, or active-listening.
• Strong management skills such as FLEXIBILITY, ADAPTABILITY, RISK/METRIC MANAGEMENT, CLIENT/StakeHolder & COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT, TEAM/Resource MANAGEMENT.
• Strong operative skills such as P&L analysis, Revenue/Cost forecasting, Contract negotiation, or proposal elaboration.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools such as Jira, Trello, MS/Open Project, ClickUp, etc.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• (Optional) Experience working with distributed teams (LATAM, Europe, US, Asia, etc).
• (Optional) Experience generating new business and managing sustainability.
