Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a Technical Lead for the Data as a Service platform, serving as the primary technical authority on client data delivery projects. You will mentor Configurators, support Project Managers, and ensure successful delivery while resolving complex production issues.

You will collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams, design data delivery processes, and document best practices to drive continuous improvement in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of SFTP and enterprise data delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of databases, data integration, and data delivery processes.
• Experience troubleshooting infrastructure, connectivity, and production issues.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at C1+ level.

Overview

The Technical Lead serves as the primary technical authority for client data delivery projects within IQVIA's Data as a Service (DaaS) platform. This role provides technical leadership, mentors Configurators, supports Project Managers, and ensures successful delivery of client solutions while acting as an escalation point for complex technical and production issues.

Responsibilities

Additional Information

• Client-facing role with significant interaction with internal and external stakeholders.


• High-volume delivery environment supporting multiple concurrent projects.


• EST business hours coverage required (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).


• Occasional on-call or after-hours support for critical production issues.


• Ideal Candidate A senior data engineering or technical delivery professional with deep expertise in cloud data platforms, strong troubleshooting capabilities, excellent customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor technical teams while driving successful client outcomes.
