About The Role
As a Tech Lead you will be a trusted advisor and own the entire technical lifecycle for assigned projects. You will apply your breadth of specialized skills to tackle complex challenges, plan and execute project development, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts within the team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical direction and leadership for a single team, making critical decisions regarding architecture, frameworks, and tools.
  • Mentor other engineers through regular one‑on‑one meetings, facilitating their skill development.
  • Escalate issues to the Engineering Manager and Human Resources Director as needed.
  • Promote a healthy, safe, and collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, contributing to hands‑on coding and implementation.
  • Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, pair programming, and adherence to best practices.
  • Work cross‑functionally with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues during development and deployment.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy aligned with product vision and business goals.
  • Evaluate tradeoffs between speed, scalability, and technical complexity.
  • Lead the team in architecting, designing, and delivering high‑quality, scalable software solutions.
  • Advocate industry best practices and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Identify and implement innovative technical solutions for complex functionalities.
  • Break down complex challenges into clear, actionable tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor team members toward technical growth.
  • Resolve technical conflicts or bottlenecks proactively, independently or collaboratively.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their impact on development processes.
Communication and Client Interaction
  • Present work and conduct demos for clients, communicating confidently and clearly.
  • Explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain a professional audio/video setup for remote collaboration.
  • Keep technical documentation clear, organized, and up‑to‑date.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of software development experience, including 1–2 years in a technical lead or equivalent role.
  • Proven experience leading technical projects from inception to completion.
  • Mastery of relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
  • Strong experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
  • Deep understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
  • Expertise in agile development methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and task delegation capabilities.
  • Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry trends.
  • Experience in process improvement and driving change within a team or organization.
