The ideal candidate will oversee team operations, ensure performance targets, and facilitate communication with customers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and over 4 years of relevant experience in sales operations or project support. Formación

• 4+ years of experience in order management, project support, or sales operations.
• Proven experience in leading or supervising a team.
• English – Advanced proficiency.

Team Leader Sales and Project Support - Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Sales & Project Support team and support individual team members through one‑to‑one guidance.
• Allocate tasks and manage workload across the team, ensuring balanced distribution.
• Ensure deadlines and performance targets are met.
• Handle escalations and complex issues, supporting team members in resolution.
• Monitor and report outstanding observations related to turnover and forecast.
• Supervise order processing, shipping, and returns with Sales, Logistics, Finance & Invoicing.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Approve complex configurations and verify data accuracy across lifecycle phases.
• Coordinate shipping, resolve delivery or product conformity issues.
• Manage stock reassignment and returned/reworked items.
• Oversee pricing and ensure cost accuracy.
• Create AR invoicing plans and approve milestone‑based invoices suggested by AR specialists.
• Monitor team KPIs and drive continuous performance optimization.
• Prepare and share commerce‑related financial/operational reports.
• Monitor project status, resolve cross‑functional issues, and support communication.
• Cooperate with Cash Collection to ensure timely payments.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in order management, project support, or sales operations.
• Proven experience in leading or supervising a team.
• English – Advanced.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, pricing, or returns management.
• Knowledge of order configuration and stock reassignment processes.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a high‑volume environment.
