A leading global company in industrial solutions is seeking a recent graduate in Chemical Engineering to manage shift production plans and resources in San Juan del Río, Querétaro, Mexico. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on operational compliance and excellence. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to production procedures, manage deviations, and foster team engagement during shifts.   • Recent graduate with a Chemical Engineering degree (maximum 3 years).

Descripción del empleo

Execution of the shift production plan, management of resources under their responsibility, ensuring required behaviors according to PPG Way principles, operational excellence systems, quality, and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure compliance with the production program per shift, review priorities, and oversee execution by the team of reactor and packaging operators.
  • Ensure adherence to operating procedures.
  • Maintain process flow, address and communicate deviations that occur during the shift.
  • Perform shift handover between supervisors, ensuring continuity of established actions.
  • Comply with safety standards during execution.
  • Keep records updated and ensure correct consumption of production batches.
  • Implement operational excellence tools, monitor indicators, ensure behaviors during the shift, and drive maturity of the EAD under responsibility.
  • Act as a direct leader for engagement with production operators, providing continuous feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Chemical Engineering degree, recent graduate (maximum 3 years).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organizational and leadership abilities.
  • English language (preferred).
