• Mer än 5 års erfarenhet av momsåtervinning inom ett multinationellt företag.
• Erfarenhet av skatter eller finansiell revision.

Accounting & Reporting Manager-Payable

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide tax expertise in your assigned area, including capital structures, legal structures, cross-border reorganizations, transfer pricing, intra-group arrangements, tax accounting and reporting, or other tax matters. You will also contribute to tax strategies that align with the overall business strategy and global initiatives. Each day, you will act as an internal tax advisor within your defined area and coordinate the resolution of tax-related issues. You will demonstrate your expertise by ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the Finance Services in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify tax planning opportunities and risks of non-compliance, and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
• Provide support and input to various projects and initiatives, including project risk reviews and contract structuring.
• Support the development and implementation of standards, processes, policies, and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate tax matters.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, training activities, and best practice sharing.
• Oversee all tax accounting and reporting activities within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in VAT recovery within a multinational company.
• Experience in tax or financial auditing.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP systems.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Coordination experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• Strategic vision, resilience, and strong communication skills.
