Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, business management, HR, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in organizational development, talent management, or HR-facing roles.
• Experience supporting talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management processes.
• Advanced Excel for reporting, data management, and analysis.
• Ability to analyze and interpret talent data to generate insights.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Execute talent processes: talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management with HR leaders and stakeholders.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and scalability of talent tools, methodologies, and workflows.
• Coordinate system updates, maintain talent and performance records, and prepare reporting templates.
• Generate metrics and analytics to support talent-related decision-making.
• Partner with HR Operations, HRIS, and Centers of Excellence to deliver a great employee experience.

Description: Join Kellanova as a Talent Management Sr. Specialist and play a key role in bringing our talent, performance, and culture strategies to life across business units and regional functions. In this role, you will partner closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to execute talent management processes that help develop our people and strengthen organizational capability. Based in Querétaro, Mexico, this is an on-site opportunity within a collaborative and highly connected HR environment.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of talent processes while supporting leaders and employees across the region. This role offers broad exposure to talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, analytics, and HR systems, making it an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about talent development and organizational effectiveness.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Executing Talent Processes: Deliver talent review, succession planning, and performance management processes in partnership with HR leaders and key stakeholders.
• Driving Process Excellence: Support the standardization, simplification, and scalability of talent management tools, methodologies, and workflows.
• Managing Talent Data: Coordinate system updates, maintain accurate talent and performance records, and prepare reporting templates and documentation.
• Providing Talent Insights: Generate metrics and high-level analytics to support talent-related decision-making and organizational planning.
• Partnering Across HR Functions: Collaborate with HR Operations, HRIS, Centers of Excellence, and HR leaders to deliver an effective employee experience.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or HR business-facing roles.
• Experience supporting or executing talent review, succession planning, and performance management processes.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for reporting, data management, and analysis.
• Ability to analyze and interpret talent data to generate actionable insights.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
