Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Learning, Development & Culture Specialist in Monterrey to design and lead talent, leadership development, and succession initiatives across Latin America. You will partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver innovative, regionally relevant solutions aligned with global guidelines and John Deere’s strategy.

You will strengthen culture, employee experience, performance management, and leadership capability at scale in an agile, collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level.
• Experience designing and leading development programs and leadership acceleration initiatives.
• Experience with employee experience and engagement tools.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Monterrey.
• Stakeholder and complexity management skills.
• Strategic communication proficiency.
• Innovative and strategic thinking mindset.
• Team spirit and partnership with HR teams across Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Represent Learning, Development & Culture with key stakeholders and partners.
• Create strategies aligned with global guidelines while considering regional complexity.
• Design leadership development programs aligned with company strategy and track implementation.
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance employee experience accessing development programs.
• Provide insights for HR strategic plan related to talent initiatives.
• Support performance management and employee engagement across the region.
• Coach HR Partners and leaders; train across Latin America; promote culture and growth mindset.
• Work regionally using agile methodologies focused on innovation and value delivery.
• Drive employee engagement surveys and action plans in collaboration with HR Community.
