Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting for professional and executive positions.
  • Excellent English level (90%+).
  • Experience with software and system positions is a plus.

Overview

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Be the strategic, go-to resource for all things Talent Acquisition related.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and execute strategies to build high-performance teams.
  • Be knowledgeable about the business and teams, and attend product team meetings and function as a member of assigned technical teams.
  • Partner with HR partners, hiring managers and leaders on workforce planning.
  • Source and hire for a variety of functional areas with a special focus on engineering and technician positions.
  • Utilize proactive, creative and cost effective recruitment methods to attract and source candidates including leveraging online recruiting resources
  • Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit; serve as lead for hiring teams in identifying best talent.
  • Lead calibration meetings with market intelligence and drive decision making after onsite interviews, guide hiring teams to make the right decisions.
  • Collect and present compensation information, negotiate and close candidates.
  • Keep all business partners up to speed on recruitment progress through scheduled meetings and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with business rules and regulations that apply to Talent Acquisition.
  • Provide a great candidate and hiring manager experience at every opportunity.
Background
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in TA, recruiting salary (professional) and executive positions.
  • Excellent English level (90%+)
  • Experience with Software and System position is a plus.
  • Communication skills.
