Descripción de la vacante

Una empresa de tecnología en Tijuana busca un reclutador para apoyar en todo el ciclo de reclutamiento. Se espera que asesore a los gerentes de contratación, realice entrevistas y administre el sistema de seguimiento de candidatos. Se requiere nivel de inglés del 100%. Ideal para profesionales con experiencia en gestión de relaciones y reclutamiento.

Formación

  • Conocimiento en gestión de relaciones para establecer relaciones laborales saludables.
  • Capacidad para analizar las necesidades de candidatos a corto y largo plazo.
  • Comprensión del proceso de selección y reclutamiento.

Responsabilidades

  • Asesorar a los gerentes sobre estrategias de reclutamiento.
  • Reclutar, entrevistar y facilitar el proceso de oferta.

Role Definition

Supports all activities for the entire recruiting cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision-making.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees.
  • Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry-leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles.
  • Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.

Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates.

  • Assists in analyzing short-term and long-term candidate needs within the organization.
  • Sources candidates through various channels within the organization.
  • Solves job requirement, time limit, and budget issues during the candidate sourcing process.
  • Follows Human Resources related regulations and sourcing policies and procedures.
  • Operates candidate sourcing tools and software within the department.
Staffing and Recruiting

Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques, and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain, and relocate qualified employees, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
