Motherson Group is seeking an experienced T&E Commodity Buyer to join our Integrated Assemblies division. This full-time role focuses on leading sourcing strategies, supplier onboarding, and cost reduction initiatives across automotive commodities.

You will manage RFQs, supplier negotiations, and performance monitoring while collaborating with global plant locations. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in industrial purchasing are preferred.

• Lead commodity strategies, define sourcing approaches, and build supplier panels.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers to support business needs while maintaining supplier relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance, drive corrective actions, and remove underperforming suppliers when necessary.
• Oversee purchasing activities, ensure compliance, and achieve cost reduction targets and KPIs.
• Lead RFQs, supplier nominations, and contract negotiations, including payment terms and milestones.
• Govern supplier projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Drive innovation and technology advancement through supplier partnerships.
• Develop technical expertise in commodities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and plant locations.
