Job summary

Valeo in Querétaro seeks a System Engineer to ensure the executability of the System test in alignment with project plans. You will develop System Test Specifications, support vehicle integration with OEM teams, and drive system verification across interfaces and stakeholder requirements.

You will perform system test execution, reporting, and peer reviews, escalating deviations when needed and contributing to test environment distribution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system test/design in a multifunctional environment.
• Automotive industry experience is required.
• Knowledge of CAN communication protocol (CANoe, CANalyzer).
• CAPL scripting knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in system engineering and testing methodologies, traceability, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop System Test Specifications with traceability to system requirements.
• Execute vehicle-level testing and support test execution reports.
• Perform DVP&R according to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with OEM teams for active safety sensor integration.
• Conduct peer reviews of test plans and specifications.
