Empresa Confidencial is seeking a senior sustainability leader to guide organizations through ESG transformation. You will partner with senior leaders to define priorities, design strategies, and build performance frameworks aligned with business goals.

The role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will stay ahead of trends, regulations, and industry best practices while driving cross-functional teams to deliver tangible

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Sustainability, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, corporate responsibility, consulting, environmental management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading projects and working directly with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of sustainability strategy, ESG topics, and corporate transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sustainability and ESG projects for organizations across multiple industries.
• Partner with senior leaders to define sustainability priorities and long-term objectives.
• Design actionable strategies, implementation plans, and performance frameworks that support business goals.
• Manage assessments related to sustainability performance, climate considerations, material topics, and corporate responsibility programs.
• Provide guidance on sustainability reporting, disclosure requirements, and market expectations.
• Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder engagement activities, and strategic planning sessions.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure successful execution of project deliverables.
• Identify sustainability-related risks and opportunities that may impact business performance.
• Stay informed on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
