Job summary

Search Talent Innovation seeks a Laboratory Quality Lead with a background in surface treatment and chemical analysis. You will oversee the chemical laboratory’s operations and ensure compliance with AS9100/NADCAP and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include developing procedures, managing nonconformities, coordinating inspection teams, and driving continuous improvement in the surface treatment processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality within surface treatment processes.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and/or NADCAP.
• Experience in a chemical laboratory and process control.
• Experience with nonconformities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead inspection teams and train technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation and quality management of the chemical laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements.
• Develop procedures and documentation, and train personnel.
• Lead the management of nonconformities in the surface treatment process.
• Coordinate the inspection team.
• Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
