Grupo TECMA seeks a Quality Lead to coordinate quality activities on the production floor and ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal standards. You will monitor product quality, investigate issues, and drive corrective actions to prevent defects.

The role requires knowledge of ISO 9001, strong problem-solving skills, and leadership with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams on the shop floor.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in quality within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or relevant quality standards.
• Advanced English.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Availability to work on the production floor.

• Follow up on customer complaints, internal defects, and quality performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
