Isotrol in Mexico City is seeking two 1st Level Support and Operation specialists for SCADA systems and renewable energy asset control centers. You will help improve global sustainability by developing and supporting power plant control software solutions.

The role focuses on incident resolution, proactive monitoring, and operation of energy assets. Join a team committed to a sustainable world, with opportunities across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in similar functions.
• Vocational/Associate degree in IT or related field.
• Knowledge of communication networks and IT infrastructure.
• Database experience with MySQL/SQL/Oracle.
• English proficiency minimum B2 (test will be conducted).

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support for incidents on renewable energy plant monitoring and control systems.
• Follow up, validate and close incidents.
• Escalation management to internal and external teams.
• Manage alerts and execute proactive actions per procedures.
• Perform preventive actions as required by procedures.
• Operate renewable energy generation assets.

The Position:

We are looking for two new 1st Level Support and Operation profiles for SCADA systems and renewable energy generation asset control centers, who are passionate about working on improving global sustainability through innovative development of power plant control software solutions.

Your key responsibilities:

• Customer support for incident resolution on renewable energy plant monitoring and control systems.
• Follow-up, validation and closure of incidents.
• Follow-up of escalation procedures to internal and external teams.
• Management of alerts and execution of proactive activities under procedure.
• Execution of preventive actions under procedure
• Operation of renewable energy generation assets.

Your skills and experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in similar functions
• Vocational training medium or higher degree in Microcomputing and networks/computer systems administration/electronics and robotics/computer engineering/telecommunications...
• Knowledge of communication networks
• Knowledge in DB (MYSQL/SQL/ORACLE)
• English: minimum B2 (test will be done)

Valuable knowledge:

• Programming knowledge.
• Knowledge in renewable energies and industrial communication protocols (IEC-104, DNP3, OPC and Modbus).
