Apex Tool Group, LLC is seeking a Supply Planner to manage inventory for assigned commodities, place and follow up on purchase orders, and ensure on-time deliveries across a network of vendors. The role requires collaboration with Procurement and quality teams, with focus on data accuracy and process improvements.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, or related field, 3+ years of experience, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, or industrial engineering is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventory for assigned commodity and take corrective actions.
• Place and follow up on all purchase orders with vendors.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure supplier on-time delivery metrics are achieved monthly.
• Collaborate with Procurement and vendors on process improvements.
• Resolve discrepancies on invoices reported by Finance.
• Notify Traffic team about vendor pickups and follow up.

We are seeking a Supply Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all inventory assigned to his/her commodity and accountable for taking actions.
• Responsible for placing and follow up of all purchase orders for all vendors.
• Responsible for checking in regularly with his/her assigned vendors for ensuring delivery on time.
• Accountable for Supplier On time Delivery monthly results.
• Works together with Procurement and vendors on improvement actions.
• Responsible for solving any discrepancy on invoices reported by finance.
• Notifying to Traffic team of pick up at vendors facilities and responsible for follow up.
• Responsible for giving support during DMRs with quality team.
• Keep master data for all purchased parts on his/her commodity are updated and up to date.
• Work closely with Procurement on escalating critical issues and supports the SC leader in reporting the KPIS.
• Ensure familiarity with the processes and procedures that are interrelated with the position.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in international trade, Logistics, Industrial engineering & related.
• 3+ years of experience in similar position.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Fluent in English.
