A leading global food organization seeks a Supply Planning Manager in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. As part of Sigma, you will drive the continuous improvement of the Supply Planning process, ensuring effective operations across all business units. Collaboration with various teams is key, as is leading initiatives for optimization and innovation in supply strategy. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, have at least 4 years of relevant experience, and possess advanced English skills. Travel is expected 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure effective and continuous improvement of the Supply Planning process.
  • Consolidate manufacturing needs for short, medium, and long-term.
  • Drive best practices and process harmonization in supply chain.
  • Promote best practice and harmonization across S&OP and supply chain operations.
  • Lead local project development with defined teams, owners, and calendars.
  • Drive global Supply Planning innovation and strategy.
  • Coordinate with IO and IT for IT enhancements and BRL prioritization.
  • Define and track action plans, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate training needs for the team and lead project prioritization.

Main Purpose

Ensure the effective, reliable, and continuously improving operation of the Supply Planning process across all Sigma Business Units. Drive global optimization by strengthening cross‑regional coordination, deploying advanced planning and IT tools, and leading structured change‑management initiatives that enable process harmonization, standardization, and scalability. Promote the systematic sharing of knowledge and best practices, while building organizational capabilities and ensuring consistent performance across teams. Lead the evolution of integrated planning by maximizing the utilization of Sigma’s resources, capabilities, and infrastructure, enhancing visibility, agility, and decision‑making quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supply Planning process continuous improvement.
  • Consolidate European manufacturing needs and identify actions needed to accomplish demand needs for the short, medium and long term.
  • Execute the Supply Planning process in the corresponding BU.
  • Drive "best practice" methods, process harmonization and execution excellence specifically for S&OP Processes, but also and across the rest of business’s supply chain operations to drive continuous improvements in all aspects of business operations.
  • Support Local Teams in the development of Local Projects, defining the project team, requirements, owners and calendar.
  • Drive Global Supply Planning Innovation and Strategy
  • Promote and manage change, challenge teams, within and outside the SC function.
  • Coordination with the rest of Sigma functions, very closely specifically within IO.
  • Head and participation in new projects in Sigma.
  • Be update to the state of art of Supply Planning models, looking for internal and external knowledge.
  • Guarantee the accomplishment of Action Plans and Projects in terms of milestones and deadlines.
  • Define and coordinate training needs for the team
  • Lead the identification and prioritization of all SC projects in his / her area of responsibility, developing suitable business cases when applicable and ensuring the implementation of the proper project management structures to secure visibility, rigor, follow up and agility in the deployment
  • Coordinate with the rest of Sigma functions, very closely specifically within IO and IT for support in the development of IT enhancements and improvements. Define BRL´s prioritization with IT.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Advanced English - it's a must.
  • Previous Experience - minimum 4 years - in CoE roles, SCH operations
  • Must be able to lead and collaborate with teams from different areas and functions
  • Abillity to communicate effectively and influence the Leadership Team across different areas, leveraging expertise in the tool and experience gained across multiple countries.
  • Available to travel - 50% of the time.
