Job summary

Chamberlain Group México is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for Supply Chain Operations within the IT Enterprise Applications group. The role focuses on SAP ECC (MM/PP/QM/WM), SAP MII, and related applications to design, configure, test, and support SCM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• 3+ years IT experience in applications development or configuration.
• 3+ years hands-on SAP ECC (MM/PP/QM/WM) configuration.
• 3+ years working with Supply Chain Operations processes such as MRP, Raw Material Procurement, Manufacturing Scheduling, Manufacturing Execution, Kanban, JIT, Quality Inspection.
• Able to travel occasionally domestically.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, test, implement, and support S/C applications (SAP ECC/MM/PP/QM/WM) and SAP MII.
• Document business requirements and define proposed solutions.
• Create test cases; execute tests; analyze defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create documentation and training materials; support training delivery.
• Provide production support; resolve end user service requests; participate in production support processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes via applications and support business re-engineering.
• Maintain information confidentiality and keep knowledge up to date.
• Contribute to team efforts and participate in projects as needed.
