The role involves preparing complex reports, managing large-scale databases, and tracking invoicing. The ideal candidate holds an undergraduate degree related to business and has at least two years of relevant experience along with advanced proficiency in Excel and English. Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in invoicing and vendor payment.
• Experience managing large-scale databases.
• Residence in Villahermosa or nearby area.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Supply Chain department in various tasks.
• Prepare complex reports and maintain detailed records.
• Track invoicing and payment of vendor invoices.

Conocimientos

Advanced Excel

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

Knowledge of Power BI

Educación

Undergraduate degree in International Business, Administration, Actuarial Science, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering
