Nysonian, based in Tecate, Baja California, México, is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to strengthen material readiness and inventory accuracy at the Tecate facility. You will bridge Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure continuous supply and on-time fulfillment, while promoting compliant processes.

The role requires a degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field and 2–4 years in supply chain coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain coordination, inventory management, or production planning.
• Proven expertise in production planning, material coordination, and inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Support production and material planning to ensure timely material availability and capacity alignment.
• Coordinate purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and internal material flows to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, support cycle counts and ERP transaction accuracy.
• Analyze inventory movements and production requirements to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Logistics for operational continuity.
• Assist with import/export documentation, shipment coordination, and KPI tracking.
• Prepare operational reports and contribute to continuous process improvements while ensuring SOP adherence.

About the Role

The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a critical role in driving operational discipline and execution across the Tecate manufacturing facility. This position ensures material readiness, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional alignment to support uninterrupted production and fulfillment performance. Acting as a central coordination point between Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics, the role reinforces structured planning, real-time visibility, and process compliance to maintain efficient and reliable supply chain operations.

What You Will Do

• Support production and material planning to ensure timely material availability and alignment with capacity requirements.
• Coordinate purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and internal material flows to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, supporting cycle counts, reconciliations, and ERP transaction accuracy.
• Analyze inventory movements and production requirements to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure operational continuity.
• Assist with import/export documentation, shipment coordination, and KPI tracking to support supply chain performance.
• Prepare operational reports and contribute to continuous process improvements while ensuring SOP and compliance adherence.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of progressive experience in supply chain coordination, inventory management, or production planning within manufacturing or maquiladora operations.
• Proven expertise in production planning, material coordination, and inventory control to support operational efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar) to maintain accurate and timely supply chain data.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and operational decision support.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency preferred to effectively communicate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
