Sanmina is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst - Sr. / Project Manager to lead procurement and cross-functional optimization initiatives.

You will manage POs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, and performance metrics while supporting NPI and material readiness across engineering and manufacturing teams. The role emphasizes collaboration, cost containment, and lead-time reductions to improve service levels and profitability.

Supply Chain Analyst - Sr. / Project Manager

• Manages the purchasing process by preparing and generating purchase orders, requesting material quotations, and negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with authorized suppliers.
• Prepare and analyze requests for quotation (RFQs) and drive competitive bidding processes
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and mitigate risk
• Lead supplier performance management, including KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by coordinating supplier readiness, cost targets, and timelines
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure material specifications and requirements are met
• Lead cross-functional projects related to procurement and supply chain optimization
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to enhance collaboration and performance
• Coordinate cross-functional supply chain activities to support customer demand, order execution, and delivery performance
• Monitor backlog, forecasts, inventory, and fulfillment status to quickly identify risks and drive timely resolution
• Partner with commercial, planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to align priorities and improve service levels
• Support demand planning, product transitions, inventory initiatives, reporting, and continuous improvement projects.
• Identify and execute initiatives focused on inventory reduction, lead time improvement, working capital optimization, freight savings, and service level enhancement.
• Support strategic planning, annual operating plans, and productivity roadmaps for the plant.
• Develop and implement best practices across multiple plants, ensuring standardization and operational excellence.
