Conduct thorough checks of quality systems and quality performance.
Tasks / Job Function
- Cooperation with suppliers during the implementation of new products, by involvement in key product, using supplier´s expertise to optimize cost, delivery and manufacturability
- Coordinate, review, approve and maintain all supplier PPAP documentation
- Provide qualitative evaluation according to relevant indicators, provide audits by suppliers
- Provides effective progress back PPM
- Coordinates all the supplier changes
- Identify new strategic suppliers
- Cooperates with other departments especially with engineering, purchasing and logistic departments
- Manage and controls the deals about complex requirements provided to supplier and sub – supplier, identifying areas to grow up the quality of deliveries
- Participates on the development and increase of performance strategic suppliers
- Implements and realizes tenders for suppliers of strategic material and subcontracting according to supplier’s markets
Competences
- Act on company behalf with suppliers
- To decide on stopping the production process in case of identifying nonconforming or suspect product, part, state machine or process.

- For trainings in production “training on job” according to trainings plans and activities connected with it

- For compliance of 5S system and Lean principles
- For dealings inside and outside the company according to company´s objectives and shared values.
- For compliance of EHS, FP and Environmental protection regulations on the workplace
- For compliance with the internal instructions of SSI company
Qualifications
- Bachelor´s degree in a technical field
- 10 years related work experience – professional certification
- Advanced knowledge, internal informational system
- Excellent knowledge of quality management systems in automotive as outlined by AIAG a TS
- Knowledge of statistic methods – SPC, FMEA, 8D report
- Knowledge of ISO Standards IATF 16949:2002/ IS0 9001:2000
- Knowledge of PPAP, FAIR
- Knowledge of Product and Process Audit VDA 6.3
- Knowledge of customer requirements
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing – Kaizen, 5S
- Knowledge of IMDS
- Knowledge of IPC principles
- Knowledge of technical documents
- Team player, the strong orientation to customer’s access
- Ability to manage sub-contractor suppliers in high-volume value fabricated parts/components
- Ability to work on multiple projects all at once
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills internally and externally
- Analytical skills, strategic thinking ability and problem solving capacity
